Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing, located in Gurugram. The role involves managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across key platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis. The position also includes managing budgets for paid advertising, identifying new growth opportunities, driving customer acquisition efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing including managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
• Strong skills in data analysis, performance tracking, and use of analytics tools
• Proficiency in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and ROI-driven decision-making
• Understanding of digital strategy, audience segmentation, and media planning
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM platforms, or e-commerce analytics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
