About the Role


We are looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital growth across Meta and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is a serious performance marketer with a proven record of delivering high-ROAS campaigns for D2C/consumer brands, and the ability to collaborate closely with creative and design teams to craft ad content that converts.

Youll be responsible for the end-to-end performance funnel from ad creation to revenue delivery and must thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Own and deliver revenue targets, ROAS, and profitability KPIs for Shopify.
  • Manage Shopify offer codes and integrate campaigns with platform performance.
  • Continuously monitor campaigns to identify scaling opportunities and optimize underperformers.
  • Collaborate with the creative/content and graphic teams to develop high-performing ad strategies, creatives, and offers.
  • Track the customer journey (via Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, GA4) and optimize bounce rates.
  • Drive improvements in conversion rates using audience insights and funnel optimization.
  • Suggest and implement campaign constructs/offers aligned with real-time performance data.
  • Maintain detailed daily logs of performance metrics CAC, ROAS, Revenue, Units, Spend, Sessions, Conversion Rate, AOV, CTR, etc.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in scaling Meta campaigns and designing high-ROI offer constructs.
  • Take P&L accountability for Shopify ensuring ad spend efficiency and profitable growth.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Mandatory: Prior experience working with D2C or consumer brands (Shopify-based preferred).
  • Proven success in scaling campaigns profitably with strong ROAS performance.
  • Solid analytical skills with hands-on experience in GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of D2C audience behavior, funnels, and growth levers.
  • Strong creative collaboration skills able to brief and guide designers on content direction for ads.
  • Ability to balance growth and profitability through disciplined performance optimization.
  • Strong reporting, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Immediate availability and willingness to work from the office.
