We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who can own paid acquisition end-to-end and drive measurable business outcomes from Day 1.
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be directly responsible for lead generation, cost efficiency, and lead quality across paid channels. This is a core execution role, not a coordination or agency-management position.
You will work closely with sales and leadership to ensure that marketing spend translates into revenue, not just leads.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Own complete funnel
- Drive consistent, high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and CAC
- Daily monitoring and optimization campaigns
- Conduct continuous A/B testing
- Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones quickly
- Analyze campaign data and share clear weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track:
Channel-wise CPL
Lead to policy conversion rate
Cost per policy
ROI on ad spends
- Work closely with the sales team to:
Improve lead quality
Reduce junk or low-intent leads
Optimize lead forms and qualification questions
- Integrate campaigns with CRM tools
- Use feedback from sales calls to refine targeting and messaging
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation
Strong expertise in:
Meta Ads (Lead Forms, Conversion Campaigns)
Google Ads (Search focused on high-intent keywords)
- Proven experience in BFSI / Insurance / Fintech / Loan / Credit Card lead generation
- Deep understanding of:
Funnels
CAC vs revenue economics
Scaling paid campaigns profitably
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort in numbers and dashboards
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience running ads in regulated industries (insurance, finance)
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)
- Experience working with in-house sales teams
- Understanding of attribution models and multi-touch journeys
