This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to inform decision-making, collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts, and staying updated on industry trends to drive innovative marketing solutions.

• Experience in crafting, executing, and optimizing performance marketing and paid advertising strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis, campaign tracking, and ROI optimization
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and trends
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven project management and organizational abilities
• Experience in the legal or consultancy sector is a plus
