Early is Indias foremost full-stack weight loss platform, combining GLP-1 medication, doctor-led care, nutrition coaching, lab diagnostics and technology to treat obesity and metabolic health at the root. We focus on clinical, personalized, and data-driven care for sustainable results - not quick fixes. Key GLP-1 patents expire on March-20 in India, which will further fuel our hypergrowth.
What Youll Be Doing ?
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels
- Drive customer acquisition, leads, and conversions while managing budgets efficiently
- Track campaign performance and improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to scale growth
What Were Looking For ?
- 47 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of marketing metrics
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Experience in startups, D2C, or healthtech is a plus
