Job Description
About the Role:
An early-stage B2C fintech company is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to build its paid acquisition engine.
This is a hands-on, 0-1 role where you will own the ad budget, drive strategy, and execute high-velocity experiments across Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
Youll be responsible for:
- Owning the Paid Funnel: End-to-end execution of performance campaigns across Meta and Google from setup to scale
- Creative Strategy & Testing: Conceptualize hooks, angles, and narratives; identify winners; and write crisp briefs for designers/creators to drive step-change performance
- Experimentation & Scaling: Run rapid experiments, scale winning ideas, and shut down underperformers with discipline

- Efficient with Ad Spend: Knows exactly when to scale winners and kill losers to maximize efficiency.
- Strong on Platform Mechanics: Comfortable with Meta & Google bidding, attribution basics, event quality, and key platform nuances
- Data-Obsessed: Make decisions based on funnels, cohort retention, and downstream metrics
- Creative-First: Believes creative is the biggest growth lever today and has strong judgment on what makes ads and content resonate
- High Ownership: Thrives in ambiguity, takes full responsibility for outcomes, and executes without heavy oversight
