About the Role

DA RAKE LUXEZ is a premium perfume brand focused on building a strong D2C presence alongside leading marketplaces. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who will take complete ownership of paid advertising across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Flipkart, with a clear focus on ROAS, scalability, and profitable growth.

This role is performance-first, not social media posting or branding.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising & Growth
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube)
  • Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
  • Flipkart Ads
  • Manage daily budgets, scaling decisions, and campaign structure.
  • Drive profitable ROAS while balancing growth and acquisition costs.
Strategy & Funnel Ownership
  • Build and optimise full-funnel strategies (cold, warm, remarketing).
  • Improve conversion rates through landing page and offer insights.
  • Plan offers, bundles, and promotions to increase AOV and repeat purchases.
Creative & Testing Direction
  • Guide ad creatives by suggesting hooks, angles, messaging, and formats.
  • Work with designers/content creators (no designing required).
  • Test creatives aggressively and scale winning ads.
Data, Reporting & Optimisation
  • Track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, AOV, and conversion rate.
  • Maintain daily and weekly performance reports.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions quickly.
Marketplace Performance
  • Optimise product listings and ads on Amazon & Flipkart for better visibility and conversions.
  • Coordinate with operations/marketplace teams for stock, pricing, and promotions.
What This Role Is NOT
  • Not social media management or posting
  • Not influencer marketing
  • Not graphic designing or video editing
  • Not brand-only marketing without performance accountability
Required Skills & Experience
  • 25 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven experience running ads for D2C or e-commerce brands.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one marketplace ad platform.
  • Ability to analyse data and make budget decisions independently.
  • Experience with beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or luxury brands is a plus.
