Role Description:

Were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take paid media campaigns, optimise them relentlessly, and scale them intelligently.

Youll own programmatic and paid media campaigns end-to-end - from strategy to execution to reporting - and work closely with creative, tech, and client teams to deliver results that actually move the needle.

Agency background? Big plus.

Obsessed with numbers and optimisation? Even bigger plus.

Job Description:

• Running and scaling Google Ads, Paid Social & Programmatic campaigns like a pro
• Owning DV360 end-to-end: media planning, implementation, optimisation, reporting & insights
• Managing GMP tools (DV360, SA360, CM360) across multiple clients and KPIs
• Turning data into decisions - daily, weekly, monthly reports that tell a story
• Working closely with clients to align campaigns with business goals
• Collaborating with paid network partners to unlock better performance
• Juggling multiple campaigns without dropping the ball
• Thriving under performance pressure - KPIs dont scare you, they motivate you

Super Powers/Qualifications Required:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Paid Social & DSPs
• Know GMP tools (DV360, SA360, CM360) beyond surface level
• Understand paid media fundamentals and advanced optimisation
• Love data, numbers, Excel, and performance dashboards
• Have sharp attention to detail and strong QA instincts
• Can explain complex performance insights in simple, clear language
• Are organised, proactive, and can manage multiple deadlines
• Believe accountability and ownership are non-negotiable
