Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale paid growth across Google, Meta, and App ecosystems. The role requires strong hands-on execution combined with strategic thinking on funnel optimization, experimentation, and ROI-driven scaling.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale paid performance channels including Google Search, YouTube, Meta, App campaigns, and remarketing
- Drive end-to-end funnel optimization from creative landing page conversion remarketing
- Plan and manage large monthly budgets with a clear focus on ROAS, CPA, and LTV
- Lead creative strategy in collaboration with design and content teams; test messaging, formats, and hooks
- Design and execute A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership with actionable insights
- Work closely with product, tech, and sales teams to improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Track user behavior and intent signals to optimize lead quality and downstream conversions
What Were Looking For
- 56 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing at scale
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display), Meta Ads, and App campaigns
- Proven track record of managing 10Cr+ annual spends with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, tracking, and experimentation frameworks
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc.)
- Experience in EdTech / Consumer Internet is a strong plus
- Experience working with mobile apps and in-app conversion funnels
- Prior exposure to high-intent lead funnels and sales-assisted conversions
