What Youll Do

Own & execute acquisition marketing across Google Ads, UACi, DV 360, Meta, In-Mobi, and Truecaller

Leverage 1P audiences to craft precision-driven campaigns

Drive engagement & retention with Email, Drip, and In-App Marketing (Webengage/Moengage)

Implement & optimize the full marketing stack for seamless execution

Analyze, report & improvestrong data chops, dashboarding, and actionable insights are key

Lead & mentor a campaign team to push performance to new heights

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Deep expertise in acquisition, retention, and brand marketing

Strong analytical mindsetcomfortable with dashboards & performance metrics

Experience in multi-channel campaign execution & optimization

Ability to manage marketing budgets with a keen eye on ROI
