Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in FMCG or nutraceutical brands , who understands scale, ROAS, funnels, and performance-led growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and marketplaces.
• Drive performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage full-funnel marketing strategies from awareness to retention.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for FMCG / nutraceutical brands .
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics dashboards, and attribution models.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
