We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Manager with end-to-end D2C expertisesomeone who deeply understands how D2C brands scale, how creatives drive performance, and how Meta Ads function as a growth engine.
This role is not just about running ads. Its about owning growth, scaling revenue, and building a strong performance marketing system for a fast-growing D2C brand.
- Own and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads end-to-end, from strategy to scaling.
- Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across the full funnel (Prospecting, Retargeting, Retention).
- Manage a monthly Meta Ads budget of 12 Crore+ with strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and scalability.
- Build structured account architecture for scaling with clear campaign, ad set, and creative frameworks.
- Deep understanding of how D2C brands work AZ, including product-market fit, pricing, margins, CAC, LTV, and scaling challenges.
- Design and optimize full-funnel D2C journeys from awareness to repeat purchases.
- Align Meta Ads strategy with website CRO, landing pages, offers, and pricing strategies.
- Lead creative strategy for Meta Ads with a strong understanding of what drives D2C performance.
- Work closely with the creative team on hooks, angles, ad concepts, and storytelling.
- Drive UGC, product demos, lifestyle creatives, statics, reels, and video ads.
- Build and manage a structured creative testing and scaling pipeline.
- Conduct advanced audience research and targeting including interest testing, broad targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting.
- Build and manage custom audiences and behavior-based segmentation strategies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, custom events, and conversion tracking.
- Lead and mentor the Meta performance team.
- Build SOPs, processes, and best practices for performance marketing.
- Collaborate closely with creative, and tech teams to drive overall D2C growth.
- Proven experience as a Senior Meta Ads Manager for D2C brands.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager.
- Clear understanding of how D2C scaling works beyond just ads.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Deep experience in retargeting, scaling, and creative-led performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience managing 12 Crore+ monthly ad budgets.
- Familiarity with Google Ads or other performance marketing channels is a plus.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Experience working with home, lifestyle, or consumer brands is an advantage.
