About the Role

At The Brand Bee, were not just marketerswere growth pollinators. Were looking for a sharp, metric-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager ready to drive exponential user growth for our buzzing portfolio of clients.

In this role, youll manage large-scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.

You will collaborate with our Creative Hive, Analytics Swarm, Product Thinkers, and Tech Bees to craft campaigns that dont just fly, they soar.

Youll report to our Head of PPC at The Brand Bee.

• 46 years of hands-on experience in running performance campaigns across Meta (We strictly prefer this sweet spot. Please dont apply if you have more.)
• A curious, data-loving bee who thrives on insights, ROAS, CTRs & funnel flow
• Experience in Amazon or Flipkart ads? Thats honey on the comb
• A problem-solving pollinator. You look at challenges as nectar in disguise
• A true hive player who collaborates, supports, and adapts
• Passionate about building processes, hitting SLA timelines, and managing high-volume portfolios without breaking a sweat
