We are looking for a D2C Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid growth channels across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. This role is responsible for driving direct online revenue, improving ROAS and conversion rates, and building a predictable, scalable growth engine for our D2C business.
You will work at the intersection of performance marketing, customer behavior, creative strategy and data analytics, with a clear mandate:
Scale revenue profitably and sustainably.
This role is focused only on D2C growth and does not include inside sales or cold outreach responsibilities.
- Own and manage all paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop and execute strategies to scale D2C revenue while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC targets
- Plan and oversee campaign structures for prospecting, retargeting, and repeat purchases
- Continuously improve performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV and LTV
- Drive creative testing strategy in collaboration with design and content teams
- Work with product and tech teams to improve landing pages, product pages and checkout flows
- Identify and priorities high-performing products and categories to optimize paid spend
- Monitor customer journey and optimize the funnel using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity
- Build dashboards and share weekly/monthly performance and insights with leadership
- Stay on top of platform changes, new ad formats and emerging paid growth opportunities
- 2-3 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce / Performance Marketing
- Strong, hands-on expertise in:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads (Shopping / Performance Max preferred)
- Campaign structuring, budget management and scaling
- Proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing CAC
- Experience working with D2C platforms such as Shopify or equivalent
- Strong understanding of:
- Customer acquisition funnels
- Conversion rate optimization
- User behavior and e-commerce metrics
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights
- Experience with tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in refurbished electronics, value-tech or affordable products category
- Familiarity with CRO and heat-mapping tools (VWO, Hotjar, Clarity)
- Experience running campaigns in Tier 2 / Tier 3 Indian markets
- Basic knowledge of SEO and affiliate marketing
- Consistent improvement in ROAS and CAC
- Measurable increase in D2C revenue
- Improved conversion rate across the website
- Higher share of unassisted online sales
- Predictable, scalable performance structure in place
