Job Description

Role


You will lead Optimists full-funnel performance strategy across Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads, owning budgets > 1 Cr/month and driving measurable demand for a high-ticket category. This is a highly analytical, ROI-driven role requiring deep platform expertise and the ability to scale profitably.


Key Responsibilities


Amazon Advertising (Primary Focus)


Own complete Amazon ad operations: SP, SB, SD, Brand Store optimizations. Manage crores in ad spends across campaigns. Build keyword strategies, competitive Conque sting, ASIN-level optimization, and dayparting. Coordinate with marketplace team for listing improvement and conversion enhancement.

Google Ads

Create and optimize Search, PMax, VAC campaigns for category demand generation


Meta Ads


Run acquisition and remarketing campaigns to drive searches, visits, and consideration. Build audience frameworks, creative experiments, and attribution loops.


Coordination With Creative & Performance Agencies


Work closely with the performance agency to structure, optimize, and scale campaigns across Amazon, Google, and Meta. Collaborate with the creative agency to define ad formats, testing frameworks, messaging variations, and creative refresh cycles. Ensure smooth cross-functional alignment between internal marketing, marketplace team, and external agency partners. Clearly articulate campaign insights, performance requirements, and creative hypotheses to agency teams.



Analytics & Reporting

Build weekly dashboards tracking ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CAC, CVR, CPC/CPM, keyword trends. Set up measurement loops using Amazon Attribution, UTMs, GA4, and internal dashboards.


Conversion & Funnel Ownership


Partner with content, product, and marketplace teams to improve listing conversion rates. Diagnose drop-offs and propose experiments to improve funnel efficiency.


Growth & Scaling


Create monthly and quarterly budgets aligned with launch cycles (FebJune). Design scaling roadmaps across platforms while maintaining profitability. Develop strategies for shaping demand across key cities (even without Amazon geotargeting).


Required Skills & Experience


46 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for high-ticket categories. Mandatory: Deep expertise in Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Experience managing 1 Cr+ monthly budgets. Strong analytical and attribution understanding. Comfort with Excel, dashboards, and performance tools. Experience working with or managing creative and performance agencies.
