Role Overview

We are looking for a performance marketer with 4+ years of experience who can scale paid acquisition with a clear focus on lead quality, CAC control, and booking growth. You will own performance across Meta and Google, work closely with creative and sales teams, and optimize the full funnel from lead to booking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
2. Own KPIs like CPL, qualified lead rate, CAC, and lead to booking conversion
3. Build and optimize retargeting funnels and audience strategies
4. Drive creative performance by coordinating ad angles, hooks, copies, and creatives with the design team
5. Ensure tracking is solid using Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM, UTM, and conversion events
6. Run continuous A B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and lead forms
7. Share weekly performance reports with insights, learnings, and next action plan

Requirements

1. 4+ years of hands on experience in performance marketing
2. Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search and Performance Max preferred)
3. Strong understanding of lead gen funnels, attribution, and conversion optimization
4. Experience handling budgets and scaling campaigns profitably
5. Strong analytical mindset with reporting in Sheets or Excel
6. High ownership and comfort working with targets

Good to Have

1. Experience in travel, high ticket services, or consultative lead generation
2. Experience improving lead quality through pre qualification and landing page optimization
3. Experience with CRM or WhatsApp based lead journeys and remarketing
