About the company- Our client, is a trusted, respected Pharmaceutical Company in the field of DERMATOLOGY and they are into developing, manufacturing and creating mega brands since 2003.

Currently our client is engaged in marketing around 25 DERMA BRANDS with PAN INDIA operations.

Role Overview

They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer with strong experience in e-commerce and digital paid acquisition. This role will own paid performance strategy, execution, growth, and optimization across direct channels (Shopify), marketplace ecosystems (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto), and paid media channels (Google, Meta). This is a hands-on growth role requiring analytical rigor and marketplace expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing Strategy

• Define and execute cross-channel paid acquisition strategies aligned to revenue, ROAS, CAC, and profitability targets.
• Build integrated media plans across Shopify, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Zepto Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), and Meta (FB & IG).
• Translate business goals into KPI frameworks, media plans, and ROI models.

Channel Management & Optimization

• Optimize Google and Meta campaigns (targeting, bidding, creative testing, budget pacing).
• Manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) and marketplace promotions.
• Improve marketplace conversion (catalog optimization, A+ content, search terms, pricing inputs).
• Implement tracking systems to improve attribution visibility.
• Refine multi-touch attribution models with analytics support.

Data, Reporting & Analytics

• Build dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CR, AOV, and incremental lift.
• Run structured A/B tests and creative experiments.
• Forecast budgets and recommend performance-based reallocations.
