Responsibilities

Scale website sales first using Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search & YouTube Ads

Own paid acquisition end-to-end (strategy execution optimization)

Drive weekly creative testing, A/B experiments & CRO

Optimize funnels, landing pages & PDPs for conversion

Own ROAS, CAC, attribution & contribution margins

After website scale expand and optimize growth on Amazon / marketplaces

Requirements

23 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Personally scaled 1 (max 2) SKUs to ~1,000 orders/month

Strong experience with:

Meta Ads (mandatory)

Google Search (mandatory)

YouTube Ads (mandatory)

Website CRO & funnels (mandatory)

Amazon Ads / marketplaces (mandatory)

Strong understanding of the full-funnel & attribution

Highly data-driven with a strong experimentation mindset

Low ego, high ownership execution > theory
