Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Lead specializing in mobile apps. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and app growth. Key tasks include analyzing data to optimize campaigns, managing ad budgets and ROI, conducting performance tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals. The role also involves tracking, measuring, and reporting campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing to ensure high-performing ad campaigns and app growth initiatives
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analysis to track, evaluate, and optimize marketing campaign performance
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data-driven insights
• Experience in mobile app marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and digital advertising strategies, is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and analytics platforms is a plus
• Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and a passion for data-driven decision-making
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
