Job Description
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various paid advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.),
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and insights to clients on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend actionable improvements.
Analytics and Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously help brands optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results.
Customer delight: And most importantly, LOVE customers and strive for the highest form of customer delight.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Preferred experience in Ecommerce Industry
- Has previously handled a monthly budget of minimum 20 lacs.
- A good understanding of the principles and working of paid ads
- A creative mindset, contributing new ideas and able to interpret situations to overcome challenges
- Proficient in articulating your ideas well and communicating to relevant stakeholders
- Great excel and analytical skills
Salary range - Rs 10-11 LPA
