We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who will not only drive ROI for clients but also lead and mentor a team of performance marketers. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, ownership mindset, smooth client management, and the ability to build a high-performing team culture.

This position demands someone proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thinking beyond conventional campaign execution.


Core Responsibilities1. Strategic Growth Ownership

  • Develop data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Design full-funnel acquisition frameworks (Awareness Consideration Conversion Retention).
  • Forecast budgets, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and revenue scaling plans.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and testing frameworks.
  • Drive structured experimentation and campaign scaling.

2. Platform Leadership & Execution Excellence

  • Lead campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • LinkedIn Ads and emerging platforms
  • Ensure flawless tracking setup (GA4, Pixels, Conversion APIs).
  • Lead A/B testing strategies across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Maintain performance benchmarks and optimization frameworks.

3. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Performance Marketers.
  • Allocate accounts and responsibilities strategically.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance expectations for the team.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and performance audits.
  • Upskill team members through structured feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and data-first decision-making.
  • Ensure quality control across all performance accounts.

4. Client Leadership & Communication

  • Independently handle client accounts and lead strategic discussions.
  • Present performance insights with clarity, confidence, and business impact.
  • Translate complex data into simple growth narratives.
  • Proactively recommend improvements and scaling strategies.
  • Manage difficult conversations with professionalism and solution orientation.

5. Reporting & Analytical Ownership

  • Develop structured reporting dashboards.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.
  • Maintain transparency in reporting and forecasting.
  • Focus on business outcomes, not vanity metrics.

  • Take full ownership of assigned accounts and team members.
  • Demonstrate leadership presence in internal and external meetings.
  • Identify immediate optimization opportunities within 30 days.
  • Establish clear reporting and review systems.
  • Think strategically, not tactically.
  • Maintain performance accountability for both individual accounts and team output.
  • Lead by example in discipline, professionalism, and execution quality.

Must-Haves

  • 34+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a small team.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Effortless and smooth client handling capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and highly accountable personality.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and internal teams simultaneously.

Good-to-Haves

  • Experience in eCommerce & lead generation scaling.
  • Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations & automation tools.
  • Experience handling international clients.
  • Google / Meta certifications.
  • Experience building performance SOPs and internal processes.
