Kaari Katha is a modern Indian ethnic wear brand focused on authentic Lucknowi Chikankari embroidery. We are a digital-first DTC brand growing through performance marketing, creator content, and social media.

Were looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid growth channels.

You will be responsible for managing and scaling paid acquisition, primarily across Meta and Google, while continuously improving marketing efficiency and revenue.

Paid Ads Management

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google
• Manage and scale daily ad budgets profitably

Creative Testing

• Work with creators and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Test different hooks, formats, and UGC-style ads

Performance Optimization

• Track and improve CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
• Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Audience & Campaign Strategy

• Manage prospecting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Structure campaigns for efficient scaling

Reporting

• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights and recommendations

• 36+ years experience in performance marketing for DTC / e-commerce brands
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Comfortable managing at least 20L/month in ad spend
• Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of performance funnels

Bonus:

• Experience with fashion / apparel brands
• Familiarity with Shopify analytics

Someone who can own the performance marketing function end-to-end, continuously test new ideas, and scale profitable campaigns.
