The Role

Performance Marketing Intern Full-time, On-site | NSP, New Delhi

Were looking for someone hungry to build a career in paid media. Youll get your hands dirty running and optimizing real campaigns with big budgets, not making decks or fetching coffee. If youve already spent time inside Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads and want to go deeper, this is for you.

What Youll Do

• Assist in launching and managing paid campaigns across Meta and/or Google
• Monitor performance metrics daily and flag whats working and what isnt
• Support the team in testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
• Help analyze data and translate it into clear, actionable next steps

What Were Looking For

• Some hands-on exposure to Meta Ads or Google Ads even personal projects count
• A genuine drive to learn fast and take ownership
• Comfort working with numbers and spotting patterns in data
• Good communication youll be working closely with the team, not in isolation
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is a plus, not a requirement
