Performance Marketing Intern (Meta Ads Lead Generation | USA Market)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern with strong foundational knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and a keen interest in lead generation campaigns targeting the USA market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and support data-driven optimizations
• Conduct basic audience research and testing
• Support creative testing and performance analysis
• Maintain performance reports and dashboards

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structure
• Strong learning acumen and analytical mindset
• High level of ownership, discipline, and work ethic
• Ability to adapt quickly and implement feedback
• Basic understanding of lead generation funnels is a plus
