Performance Marketing Intern

Role Overview:

Looking for a hands-on intern to support our performance marketing and growth initiatives. The role involves executing and analyzing Linkedin paid campaigns, researching growth opportunities across channels, and identifying data-driven ways to increase leads, engagement, and brand reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and running Linkedin paid campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly performance reports
• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
• Analyze campaign data and suggest optimization strategies
• Explore and test new growth channels and acquisition strategies
• Support lead generation and funnel improvement

Requirements:

• Strong interest in performance marketing and growth
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and research
• Basic familiarity with digital advertising platforms is a plus
• Ability to work from office and execute tasks independently
