Performance Marketing Intern

Location: HDFC securities, Andheri East Office

About the Role:

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our Performance Marketing Initiative across multiple communication channels as we scale our content and technical optimizations.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Assist in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
• Support in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation
• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare weekly performance dashboards
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization
• Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to develop high-performing creatives
• Analysis of the creatives across channels & SQR in the search campaigns

Requirements:

• Strong interest in digital marketing and customer engagement
• Basic understanding of data and metrics (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a plus)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
