We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing / Growth Manager to lead our digital lead generation and growth initiatives in the real estate segment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing paid campaigns and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms
• Generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial projects
• Manage ad budgets and improve ROI / ROAS
• Track and analyze performance using analytics and CRM tools
• Work closely with sales and creative teams to improve conversions
• Implement retargeting and funnel optimization strategies

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Experience in real estate marketing is preferred
• Understanding of lead funnels, CPL, and conversion metrics
• Data-driven and target-oriented approach
• Should be comfortable to travel till Thane
