Performance Marketing Expert - Real Estate

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Expert who can generate high-quality real estate leads and scale campaigns profitably.

If you understand CPL, ROAS, funnels, and conversion tracking better than vanity metrics we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute & scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

Generate qualified real estate leads at optimized CPL

Build and optimize landing pages & funnels

Manage retargeting and audience segmentation strategies

Track performance using GA4, Meta Pixel & conversion APIs

Daily reporting with actionable insights (not just numbers)

Work closely with sales team to improve lead-to-site visit ratio

What Were Looking For:

2+ years of performance marketing experience

Proven track record in lead generation (Real estate preferred)

Strong understanding of ad creatives, copy & A/B testing

Analytical mindset with scaling ability

Hands-on experience managing high monthly ad spends
