This role is for someone who wants to build growth engines, not manage Instagram

pages.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Group Head Growth & Performance Marketing to own revenue growth

across 4 brands simultaneously.

This is a P&L-impact role, not a creative support role.

You will architect and scale:

Performance marketing systems

Offline + online growth loops

City-wise demand engines

Data-driven acquisition funnels

You will report directly to the Founder and operate like a growth co-founder.

90-Day Mission

You will be accountable for:

Eyekra (Bangalore):

Scale to 200 home eye tests + try-ons per day within 90 days

Dominate Google & Meta for eye test at home locally

Build society, tech park & referral growth loops

Lenstrack :

(16+ Stores, Multi-City)Drive 9,600 walk-ins per month across 16 stores

Build store-wise local demand engines

Integrate Google Maps, local ads, offline activations & retargeting

Upcapto (B2B):

Generate 5 high-quality B2B leads per day

Build LinkedIn + funnel + founder brand lead engine

Systemize inbound & outbound growth

Ambarion (Caf + Community Brand):

Build a dominant digital presence

Drive 200 daily orders within 90 days

Turn the caf into a content & community-driven brand

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Architect and scale multi-brand performance marketing systems

Build city-wise micro-funnels and geo-targeted growth strategies

Integrate offline activations with digital retargeting

Build influencer, partnership & ambassador ecosystems

Create automated WhatsApp + CRM lead-to-conversion pipelines

Track CAC, LTV, ROAS, store footfall & cohort metrics

Build weekly CEO-level growth dashboards

Hire and manage internal team + external agencies

What Were Looking For

You must have:

48 years experience scaling startups or D2C / hyperlocal brands

Proven record of scaling real revenue, not just followers

Deep expertise in Meta, Google, funnels & conversion systems

Experience with hyperlocal and offline-to-online growth

Strong analytical and experimentation mindsetFounder-level ownership mentality
