Performance Marketing Expert

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert specializing in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google to lead and execute paid marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and hands-on experience in scaling D2C brands through paid media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to drive conversions and ROAS.
• Develop ad strategies, audience segmentation, and retargeting to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
• Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV ) and provide data-driven insights.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay updated with Metas latest ad policies, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with the growth, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for D2C brands.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget ad campaigns .
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics .
• Deep understanding of audience targeting, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization .
• Experience in Home Decor, or luxury brands is a plus.
• Ability to create compelling ad copies and guide the creative team on best practices.
