Job Description

SPACE GOODS is one of Indias leading sports equipment companies, with over two decades of experience across manufacturing, marketing, and nationwide distribution. Today, we are among the top badminton equipment distributors in India , serving 1,600+ sports counters through a strong multi-level network.


In 2023, we launched KATANA a premium, performance-driven badminton brand built on Japanese engineering philosophy and precision manufacturing in Taiwan. KATANA is created for serious players and is rapidly growing across 100+ specialty badminton stores in India .


We are now looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who can scale this growth digitallysomeone who understands data, funnels, creatives, and brand building , not just ads.


Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer who can take ownership of paid marketing channels and drive measurable growth for KATANA and SPACE GOODS.


This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Thinks analytically
  • Understands brand + performance balance
  • Has hands-on experience scaling D2C or sports / lifestyle brands


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Drive sales, leads, and brand growth through performance-focused strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA) and continuously improve results
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives (reels, statics, copy hooks)
  • Build and optimize funnels , landing pages, and retargeting strategies
  • Manage budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns
  • Track performance using pixels, conversion APIs, and analytics tools
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new growth tactics


What Were Looking For
  • 24 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
  • Proven experience running Meta Ads & Google Ads independently
  • Strong understanding of D2C, e-commerce, or brand-led performance marketing
  • Ability to read data and take decisionsnot just report numbers
  • Experience with Shopify, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics is a plus
  • Passion for sports, fitness, or performance brands is a strong advantage

Compensation
  • 35,000 45,000 per month
