About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will lead the charge in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth for our premium real estate projects. You won't just be running ads; you will be analyzing deep data sets and presenting strategic insights to stakeholders.
Note: This role requires Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). You must be comfortable managing complex data models and creating high-level corporate presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies focusing on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, other platforms and programmatic advertising.
- Manage budgets effectively to optimize campaigns for ROI, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value).
Analytics, Reporting & Data Visualization
- Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards.
- Microsoft Mastery: Utilize Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Conditional Formatting) to clean data, analyze large datasets, track budget pacing, and forecast performance trends.
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns to drive quality lead generation.
- Leverage A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Collaboration & High-Level Communication
- Presentation Skills: Create professional, high-impact presentations using Advanced PowerPoint to communicate strategies and monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
- Documentation: Utilize Advanced Microsoft Word for drafting professional proposals, ad copy documentation, and strategic briefs with precise formatting.
- Collaborate with creative teams, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
CRM & Automation
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads and automate workflows.
- Implement WhatsApp/Email/SMS marketing automation for nurturing High-Net-Worth (HNI) leads.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience: 2-4 years in performance marketing Luxury Products & Luxury Branding or Agency experience preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency:
- Excel: Ability to handle complex financial models and dynamic dashboards.
- PowerPoint: Expert at designing client-facing decks with advanced data visualization.
- Word: Strong command of formatting, styles, and document reviewing tools.
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce (or similar CRMs), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- SEO & CRO: Strong understanding of search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization.
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, specifically regarding data accuracy and document aesthetics.
Bonus:
- Experience in website management & creation (WordPress, PHP, Laravel).
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification.
