Location: Guwahati (Onsite/Hybrid)

Compensation: 25,00030,000/month (fixed) + KPI-based bonus

About the role

Were hiring our first Performance Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end lead generation for our clients (healthcare, education, real estate, and more). This is a hands-on execution role: youll run campaigns, set up tracking, improve funnels, and also handle foundational on-page + off-page SEO.

What youll do (Key Responsibilities)Performance Marketing (Primary)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads + Google Ads lead generation campaigns
  • Build campaign structures, audiences/keywords, creatives direction, and testing plans
  • Track performance daily/weekly: CPL, CVR, lead quality, and ROI
Tracking + Reporting
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Pixel, Google tags, GTM)
  • Ensure leads are captured properly into CRM/lead sheets (no leakage)
  • Create simple weekly + monthly performance reports with clear action points
Funnel & Landing Page Optimization
  • Identify funnel drop-offs and improve lead forms/landing pages (basic CRO)
  • Coordinate with design/content team for faster creative and landing page iterations
SEO (Must-have)
  • Execute on-page SEO basics (metadata, page structure, internal linking, content optimization)
  • Support off-page SEO (local listings/citations, safe backlink outreach, reputation signals)
  • Share monthly SEO progress updates (what changed + results)
Must-have requirements
  • 34 years hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Meta + Google)
  • Strong fundamentals in tracking + attribution (GTM preferred)
  • Practical knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO (execution-oriented)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple accounts
  • Clear communication + strong ownership mindset
  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Based in/able to work from Guwahati (onsite/hybrid)
Nice-to-have
  • Experience in healthcare/hospital marketing lead-gen
  • Landing page/CRO experience
  • CRM/automation exposure (Zapier/webhooks/lead routing)
KPIs (what success looks like)
  • Stable/improving CPL + conversion rate
  • Improved lead quality (qualified leads/appointments/closures as defined per client)
  • Clean tracking + minimal lead leakage
  • Consistent experiment/test velocity and reporting discipline
  • SEO improvements on priority pages + steady ranking/traffic growth
KPI-based bonus (simple structure)

Up to 5,000/month based on:

  • Tracking health + lead capture reliability
  • CPL within agreed target band
  • Lead quality improvements (qualified leads/appointments)
