A bit about the role

We are looking for a Media and Marketing Operations Manager to support our marketing team

in executing social media and performance campaigns, optimizing performance and ensuring

seamless execution of marketing operations. This role requires strong project management,

attention to detail and the ability to work across different media platforms.

Location and Compensation:

Location: Electronic-City, Bangalore.

Detailed roles and responsibilities

Assist in managing and executing digital media campaigns(performance & brand)

across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).

Monitor campaign performance and generate performance reports.

Track and optimize campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and targeting with

Performance Marketing Manager

Assist in campaign troubleshooting and adjustments based on performance data.

Work on executing marketing plans.

Support the Marketing team with ad hoc tasks and reporting.

The profile of an ideal candidate

Execution experience on digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data on GA4 and other reporting tools.

Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Up-to-date knowledge of digital and performance marketing trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in media planning and execution for performance marketing.

Experience in managing social media and email-marketing channels.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.

Demonstrable skills in execution and project management.
