Performance Marketing Executive (Full-Time, On-Site | Chandigarh)

Skate Supply India is growing fast, and were looking for someone who understands not just ads, but culture + conversions.

Were a D2C skate & streetwear brand, so this role is not about boosting random posts. Its about building a brand, scaling campaigns, and turning scrolls into real customers.

If you love analytics as much as creative ideas, youll fit right in.

What youll actually do

* Plan, launch & scale paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads

* Optimize ROAS, CAC, CTR , yes, we track everything

* Run retargeting, funnel campaigns & conversion strategies

* Work on creatives with our design/content team (you wont be working alone)

* Handle pixel tracking, events, and attribution

* Improve landing page performance & conversion rates

* Analyze data and tell us why a campaign worked, not just that it worked

* Explore other channels: YouTube ads, influencer seeding, remarketing audiences, email/SMS flows

Were looking for someone who:-

* Knows Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads properly (not just boosting posts)

* Understands funnels, retargeting, audiences & creatives

* Can read analytics and make decisions from data

* Is curious, experimental, and wants to grow with a brand

Bonus points if you know:-

* Shopify ecosystem & tracking setup

* Google Analytics / GA4

* Conversion APIs / Pixels / UTM tracking

* Basic CRO thinking (landing pages, A/B testing)

* Email or WhatsApp marketing automation
