Role Description
Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive Fashion Apparel
NGA is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in fashion or apparel-focused paid advertising. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, optimize performance across platforms, and contribute to the growth of the brand through customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Ad Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaigns including search, display, video, retargeting, and brand awareness ads.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize based on CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Strategy & Performance
- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience segments, and ad formats.
- Track KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with analytics and reporting teams to generate regular performance reports.
Budget & Resource Management
- Plan and manage marketing budgets across channels to maximize ROI.
- Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently within allocated budgets and timelines.
Market Insights & Trends
- Stay updated on industry trends, PPC best practices, and competitor strategies in the fashion and apparel sector.
- Recommend campaign improvements and new opportunities based on market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fashion, apparel, or D2C brands.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable decisions.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics, customer acquisition funnels, and PPC campaigns.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Exposure to fashion e-commerce or apparel brand marketing.
- Familiarity with retargeting strategies, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in email marketing and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative, and results-driven environment.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
