About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency experience (Mandatory) who has managed multiple performance campaigns across different brand categories.

The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & executing paid campaigns on:

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

LinkedIn Ads (preferred)

Budget planning & allocation

Campaign optimization for ROAS, CPL, CPA

A/B testing of creatives & audiences

Funnel strategy & performance scaling

Client reporting & performance analysis

Managing multiple brands at a time

Requirements

13 / 24 years of experience in a Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of Meta & Google Ads

Experience handling multiple brand categories

Strong analytical & reporting skills

Client servicing experience preferred
