Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Marketing Specialist to manage and scale advertising campaigns across leading marketplaces such as Amazon and Myntra, Flipkart(experience with additional marketplaces is a plus).

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep platform expertise, and a data-first approach to driving growth. This role will focus on optimizing ad performance, scaling profitable campaigns, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution.


Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across marketplaces, including Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and Myntra, Flipkart( PLA, PCA
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and SKU-level performance
  • Drive new product launches through structured visibility strategies (paid + organic)
  • Optimize keyword targeting, product placements, bidding strategies, and sponsored listings

Budgeting & Media Planning

  • Allocate and manage monthly performance marketing budgets across marketplaces
  • Track daily spends and performance to ensure profitability and target alignment
  • Plan and execute platform-specific promotional spends during key sale events (e.g., Big Billion Days, Prime Day, festive sales)

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse traffic, conversion, and retention metrics using marketplace tools such as Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon PI, and seller dashboards
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain dashboards for campaign performance, ROI tracking, and competitor benchmarking

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with marketplace category managers to identify growth and scaling opportunities
  • Coordinate with catalogue, pricing, and supply chain teams to ensure campaign readiness
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and listings.
