As part of our expanding global initiatives, we are seeking a Performance Marketing Director / Paid Media Director to lead advanced paid media strategy, cross-channel execution, and high-impact optimization frameworks.

Role Purpose

The Performance Marketing Director / Paid Media Director will oversee the full scope of paid media activity, steering strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven optimization. You will serve as the senior authority guiding growth, channel expansion, and performance methodologies across the organizations digital ecosystem.

This part-time remote role is designed for an analytical, forward-thinking leader who understands how to elevate acquisition efficiency and scale performance in dynamic, competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and emerging channels.
  • Oversee campaign planning, budget allocation, audience targeting, measurement frameworks, and optimization pathways.
  • Lead experimentation initiativesincluding testing roadmaps for messaging, creative variations, channel mix, and bidding methodologies.
  • Ensure robust tracking, data governance, and attribution systems that support accurate, actionable insights.
  • Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, growth opportunities, and predictive performance indicators.
  • Build scalable performance models including CAC/LTV forecasting, funnel mapping, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, brand, and leadership teams to unify performance insights with broader marketing strategy.
  • Manage vendor relationships, platform partnerships, and third-party technology evaluations.
  • Establish executive-level dashboards and reporting structures that highlight results, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry innovations, algorithm shifts, audience behaviors, and new performance marketing technologies.
Candidate Profile
  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media leadership, or digital growth roles.
  • Deep expertise across advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Proven success scaling acquisition programs, optimizing ROAS/CPA, and driving multi-channel growth.
  • Exceptional understanding of attribution models, conversion mechanics, automation tools, and tracking systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, product, data, and executive teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analytical insights into strategic direction.
  • Experience working in agency or high-growth digital environments is highly valuable.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a remote, part-time capacity while maintaining high accountability.
