As we scale our digital presence and lead generation efforts, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to strengthen our paid media and conversion systems.

The Performance Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, while ensuring seamless integration with lead management and communication tools such as WhatsApp Business.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role suited to someone who understands performance marketing beyond dashboards and is comfortable owning results.

• Execute and optimise paid campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Monitor daily performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
• Manage lead flows and integrations with WhatsApp Business for follow-ups and conversions
• Support budget allocation, bid optimisation, and campaign scaling
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution of leads
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness
• Stay up to date with platform changes and performance marketing best practices

• 34 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience using WhatsApp Business for lead handling, automation, or integrations
• Solid understanding of funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimisation
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to performance data
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad dashboards
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, Sector 143
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
