• Strategize, manage, and optimize app-focused performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other biddable platforms.
• Execute and refine Universal App Campaigns to drive user acquisition, app installs, and engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the App Store Optimization team to enhance app visibility and conversion rates.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, Branch or GA4, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards for tracking KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure efficient spending aligned with campaign goals.

• Preferably agency experience with a strong background in app campaigns and user acquisition strategies.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ASA, UAC, and programmatic networks.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adjust, Appsflyer) for tracking performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of app marketing channels and ASO best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with product teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced reporting skills using PowerPoint or visualization tools to present campaign outcomes effectively.
