Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Performance Marketing and D2C Manager. The responsibilities include planning and implementing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns, analyzing campaigns to optimize results, managing end to end D2C strategies, conducting data analysis to ensure CAC and LTV are in line with goals, and driving online sales growth. The role also involves regular performance testing to improve marketing metrics and ensuring clear communication across teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in ecommerce to monitor, measure, and improve sales performance
• Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce strategy is important
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and meet targets
• Minimum one year of experience in performance marketing and ecommerce sales
