Orikai is a childrens clothing brand rooted in timeless style and exceptional quality. We design elegant, heritage-inspired clothing for children aged 212, blending classic craftsmanship with modern sensibility.
As we scale, were looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst who can combine data, creativity, and strategy to drive profitable growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google
Track and analyze ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC, and funnel performance
Plan creative testing and A/B experiments to improve ad performance
Develop high-converting ad creatives
Identify audience insights and scaling opportunities
Build performance reports and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications:
Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data
Understanding of D2C performance marketing funnels
Ability to interpret campaign metrics and turn insights into action
Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, or marketing analytics tools is a plus
Someone who enjoys both numbers and creative testing
Full-time role in Mumbai (On-site)
