Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital campaigns with a strong focus on efficiency, growth, and measurable outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help turn strategy into performance-driven results.

What You Will Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across major platforms
• Track performance metrics and ensure campaigns meet growth targets
• Analyze data, identify insights, and recommend optimization opportunities
• Coordinate with strategy, creative, and account teams to improve outcomes
• Manage multiple campaigns with discipline and attention to detail

• Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Strong hands-on knowledge of paid media platforms
• Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of ROI and KPIs
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time structure
