Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Performance Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and managing online marketing strategies, creating performance-driven campaigns, analyzing data to track performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to optimize marketing efforts. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team, conduct market research, and ensure campaigns align with Aeronots values and goals
Qualifications
A data-driven performance marketer focused on scaling growth through high-converting paid campaigns across Meta and Google ecosystems.
Youll lead performance marketing across Meta Ads and Google Ads, turning storytelling into scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Drive customer acquisition, leads, and revenue through full-funnel paid strategies.
- Optimise campaigns using metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences.
- Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, and campaign scaling.
- Build retargeting funnels and audience segmentation strategies.
- Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking pixels.
- Deliver actionable insights through performance reports and dashboards.
- Meta Ads Manager & Business Manager expertise
- Google Ads (Search + Performance Max preferred)
- Conversion tracking & pixel implementation
- Funnel strategy & retargeting
- Creative testing mindset
- Data analysis & ROI optimisation
Proven experience running Meta + Google performance campaigns
Strong understanding of DTC, luxury, or lifestyle brands
Obsession with testing creatives and hooks
Ability to balance data with brand sensitivity
Someone who understands that premium brands scale differently
