Performance Marketing & Funnel Analyst (Delhi, India)

5-7 Years Experience Managing Ad Campaigns


Description: A successful applicant must be able to independently plan, launch, manage, optimize, and analyze paid ad campaigns that drive qualified leads into B2B digital funnels. This role owns the paid traffic CRM analytics optimization loop, ensuring campaigns improve over time and directly support revenue goals.

This role requires strong hands-on experience with ad platforms, conversion tracking, funnel analytics, and CRM workflows.

The ideal candidate thinks in terms of systems, data, and outcomes, not just ads.

Core Funnel Responsibilities: Ad Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (primarily B2B) across:
  • Meta (Faceboook / Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube as needed)
  • LinkedIn Ads (where applicable)
  • Translate target personas into effective campaign structures
  • Set up campaigns, ad sets, creatives, audiences, budgets, and bidding strategies
  • Launch and manage A/B test on:
  • Creatives
  • Copy
  • Audiences
  • Landing page angles (in coordination with the team)

Funnel & CRM Integration

  • Integrate ad traffic cleanly into CRM pipelines
  • Ensure proper tagging, attribution, and source tracking
  • Set up and manage:
  • Funnels
  • Pipelines
  • Lead stages
  • Automation triggers (handoff logic, exits, nurture paths)
  • Monitor lead quality, not just volume
  • Coordinate with sales / ops teams on pipeline flow and follow-up logic


Analytics & Optimization

  • Own end-to-end performance tracking:
  • Cost per lead
  • Conversion rates at each funnel stage
  • Drop-off points
  • ROI / ROAS (where applicable)
  • Ensure correct setup of:
  • Meta Pixel
  • Google Tag / GA4
  • Conversion events
  • Interpret data and turn insights into clear recommendations
  • Proactively suggest:
  • Budget reallocations
  • Creative changes
  • Funnel improvements
  • Produce clear, actionable performance summaries (not vanity reports)

Strategic Input & Advisory

  • Advise clients and internal teams on:
  • Whats working
  • Whats not
  • Why performance is changing
  • What should be tested next
  • Support iterative funnel improvements over time
  • Help align marketing activity with business and revenue goals
  • Act as a thinking partner, not just an execution resource

Communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to explain performance clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable collaborating with:
  • Copywriters
  • Designers
  • CRM operators
  • Leadership / founders
  • Strong written & spoken English fluency required

Requirements:

  • 57 years experience managing paid ad campaigns end-to-end
  • Proven experience with B2B lead generation funnels
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • CRM + automation platforms
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Conversion tracking
  • Funnel analytics
  • CRM-based attribution
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving company
  • Ability to work on-site in the office in Delhi


Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility: This is a small company; ability to support adjacent funnel and analytics needs is expected
  • Location: Based in Delhi NCR (no-remote work)
  • Possible early morning and late evening calls with international clients according to their time-zone.
  • Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred
  • Compensation: depends on experience ~ 65-75K / month depending on experience
