Role Overview
Riveria Global Marketing 360 LLP is hiring a Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid campaigns for the real estate industry. You will handle end to end performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads with a clear focus on qualified leads, lower cost per lead and higher ROI. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the right leads are generated for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create and manage paid campaigns on
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms)
- Set up campaigns, ad groups, audiences and keywords based on clear lead generation goals.
- Build and manage remarketing and lookalike audiences to improve lead quality.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives and landing page variations to improve CTR and conversion rate.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using pixels, tags, UTM parameters and GA4.
- Monitor campaigns daily and optimize bids, budgets, placements and targeting to achieve CPL and CPA targets.
- Analyse performance data and prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and action points.
- Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and refine targeting based on feedback.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives and landing page updates.
- Stay updated on platform best practices, new ad features and competitors activities in real estate.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or Paid Ads Specialist.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B or premium real estate campaigns is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or other high value lead generation verticals.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with lead forms, landing pages, funnels and basic CRO concepts.
- Ability to read data, draw insights and take quick optimisation decisions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with sales and marketing teams.
- Google Ads or Meta certifications are an added advantage.
