We're Hiring: Performance Marketer

Zippy Scale is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team on-site in Hyderabad.

What you'll do:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads

Set up and manage Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking

Configure Meta Events Manager, Pixel & Conversions API (CAPI) for accurate event tracking

Conduct keyword research and build search strategies for Google Ads

Build and test compelling offers and provide creative direction for ad campaigns

Manage lead data using CRM tools (HubSpot/GoHighLevel) with lead scoring and pipeline management

Drive measurable results - ROAS, CPA, lead quality and conversion improvements

What we're looking for:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads

Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Events Manager, Pixel & CAPI setup

Strong keyword research skills (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush)

Experience in offer building and creative direction for paid campaigns

CRM experience (HubSpot or GoHighLevel) with lead scoring and pipeline management

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
