Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Chennai. The Performance Marketer will lead and execute paid marketing campaigns, leveraging various digital channels to optimize ad performance and ROI. Day-to-day tasks include creating, managing, and analyzing advertising campaigns, performance tracking, audience targeting, and insights reporting. The role requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives and contribute to customer acquisition and brand growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Digital Advertising, PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, and Conversion Rate Optimization
• Strong skills in Data Analytics, A/B Testing, and Campaign Performance Analysis
• Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics
• Understanding of Audience Segmentation, Retargeting Strategies, and SEO principles
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, work in fast-paced environments, and meet performance targets
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in health tech or wellness platforms is a plus

Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai (On-site)

Timings: 10:30 AM - 7 PM (Monday - Friday)

Compensation: 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 based on overall performance.
