Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage both Social Media Marketing and Paid Ads. The core focus will be on Meta Ads and Google Ads, along with basic SMM skills.
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
- Create customer acquisition strategies aimed at driving measurable business results and enhancing lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimize Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads to track performance and generate insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign outcomes continuously.
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation to high-performing channels.
- Adjust budgets in real-time based on campaign performance and market conditions to maximize ROI.
- Work with creative, content, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with messaging, target audiences, and goals.
- Partner with the SEO team to improve the overall digital marketing strategy by balancing paid and organic efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify new growth strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 34 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong skills in Meta Ads (must) and Google Ads (added advantage).
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and platform analytics.
- Prior agency experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to analyse data and improve campaign performance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
